I cage breed show-quality Society finches and Zebra finches. This is just a hobby, although I am very competitive at the show bench. My real job is the director of the Botanic Garden of Smith College in Massachusetts. I teach, do research and direct a 125 acre garden and a large Victorian conservatory.
