Mutation 2 - Chestnut

Chestnut is reported to be a single gene recessive to chocolate. It causes the chocolate regions to become chestnut. Since this mutation changes the ratios of dark and light pigments chestnuts can be a bit variable in color with some birds having nice orange brown color and others a more coffee with milk color. It is one of the hardest mutations to get consistent results.
